We are happy to welcome a new team member for our office in Berlin.
Steffen has accumulated over 25 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry, both nationally and internationally. Prior to this, he pursued a career as an industrial electronics engineer, gained experience in semiconductor technology, and completed a degree in communications engineering, with his thesis focusing on bus systems in railway vehicles.
In his capacity as a global Siemens employee, he was responsible for the establishment and conversion of mobile radio technology for a total of 15 telecommunications companies. In addition, he oversaw the software update process. He has a proven track record leading project teams at NSN, NSNS, Nokia and ENEA, with a focus on establishing and subsequently sustaining the initial subscriber databases for a prominent telecommunications provider. In his role as Customer Care and Care Program Manager, he oversaw the compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the regular reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
As a seasoned project manager, his responsibilities encompassed a range of crucial functions. These included the continuous monitoring of commercial requirements, the meticulous preparation of quotations, the design of contracts, budgetary management, negotiations, and ensuring adherence to schedules during technical implementation.
Steffen is 54 years old, has a son and lives in Frankfurt (Oder).
